community newsBrighton loses ZsardayWednesday, 29 October 2008 Local cabaret performer and loved personality, Zsarday has sadly died. A massively talented performer and genuine sweetheart, she will be sorely missed by many. Our thoughts go out to her family, friends and loved ones, and in particular, Hervé, George, Stephane, Sylvie and Demi. For all her friends who were touched by her and wish to celebrate her life, the funeral will be held on Friday 7th November 2008 at 11.55am at The Downs Crematorium, Bear Road, Brighton, followed later by her burial. The wake will be held at Audio on Marine Parade from 2pm to 9pm. Zsarday's family and close friends would like to thank everyone for all their support during this very difficult time - she was truly loved and will be greatly missed, but would have wanted to leave us in style - so do help celebrate her life and give her the send off she would have wanted. Anyone wishing to contact Hervé may do so on 01273 681546. You are also welcome to share a message of condolence below and we'll pass your thoughts on. your commentspage 1 | page 2 said by louise kramer I was so shocked to hear of Zsarday's passing - she was a dear friend all those years ago and we shared many good times. Alas, we lost touch but she will always be in my heart. said by iain flood We were so sad to hear just today that Zsarday and also Regina have died. We spent so many fun nights at the Black Cap, never tiring of the fur coat and Zsarday's performance. said by Mzz Kimberley I can't believe it's been 3 years already, I remember it as it was yesterday. The emotions and feelings I felt then, are still with me. page 1 | page 2

On behalf of Zsarday's family would you please convey our heartfelt thanks to all of Zsarday's friends who attended her funeral. The welcome, love and support showed to us was overwhelming and we can now understand why Zsarday adored Brighton.
Thanks to each and everyone who sent floral tributes and we shall cherish the accompanied cards which has proved very emotional reading.
An extra big thank you to Zsarday's extended family members, Hervé, Stephane, Sylvie and Paul who have been such gems from start to end. And, not forgetting Paul the promoter of Audio for all the hard work to make the day extra memorable.
Love
Zsarday's sister B
