Their philosophy is simple: Serve the best possible burgers using only the freshest, tastiest ingredients.

With 23 burgers to choose from, including options for veggies and for kids, you'll be hard pushed not to find something to tickle your tastebuds. Forget squashed, limp, grisly hamburgers and think towering, tantelising 100% Aberdeen Angus scotch beef burgers, with freshly baked buns! Options include advocado and bacon, chorizo and sweet potato, camembert and cranberry... hot, hearty and extremely tasty. If veggies thought they were getting off lightly then think again... my jaw-achingly tall aubergine & goat's cheese creation was huge and extremely filling. Loved it! And my little nephew's junior cheeseburger (extra relish) vanished without a trace... As you should expect, their chips are perfectly cooked, piping hot and very more-ish.

The Brighton branch comes complete with a huge mood wall of coloured light, street dining over the summer and a team of everso friendly staff waiting to serve you. You place your order and pay at the counter and then return to your table and wait for your meal, sipping on your freshly squeezed juice or, if you're really treating yourself, one of their gorgeous fluffy milkshakes that are definitely shaken, not stirred.
