Ambassador Hotel Brighton

Ambassador Hotel BrightonFor a more traditional stay in Brighton, with welcoming hosts and warm hospitality, one should look no further than Ambassador Hotel.

The location of this sea-side hotel is perfect for leisure and business visitors alike, and room rates are easier on the wallet than many other hotels in the city. Rooms are comfortably furnished and available in different configurations - singles, twins, doubles and family sized rooms. Big fluffy towels and luxury toiletries are a simple touch - but one that guests will enjoy as part of their stay. All the en-suites house power-showers - another of those little things that make staying in a hotel feel good! Some of the rooms also have baths - just ask about this when you book.

All the usual suspects can be found tucked away in your room... tea and coffee, some irresistible biscuits to nibble on, a colour television, radio alarm clock and a direct-dial telephone. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available (with many hotels now going non-smoking, this could be what clinches it for you), and there is a licensed residents' bar on the ground floor providing drinks all day and well into the night. Breakfast - my goodness - is a large and very indulgent affair - with plenty of options and perfect to set you up for your wanders around the city or a day's conferencing and particular note must be made of the local Sussex organic produce used. You'll also find organic wines and beers served in the licensed bar which is open for residents until late.

Situated in the vibrant Kemp Town / St James Street area, this hotel is close to daytime attractions - the beach is just across the road and the Pier, Sealife Centre and main shopping areas are just a short stroll away. All week long and all year round, the area buzzes with restaurants and bars attracting visitors and locals alike. For those who like to foray into the exciting clubbing that Brighton has to offer, you won't have far to go at all.

For special offers and promotions, speak to the hotel's owner, Nick, who is also like a walking tourist information centre and will help you to make the most of your stay in Brighton.
