A social group for lesbians in the Brighton and South East area, Dining Dykes has become a group offering a broad range of activities in addition to regular dining events. With over 300 members from a broad range of backgrounds and ages - the group is particularly popular with women in their 30s and 40s, but there are members in their 20s and 50s too!

The aim of Dining Dykes is to provide something of interest to as many members as possible and the groups organises candle-lit music performances, singles' dinners, bingo nights, wine tasting, social drinks, clubbing and theatre events in the evening along with a range of daytime activities including barbecues, sunday roasts, charity treasure hunts, adventure days, pottery painting, trips to london, sports, walks, camping and trips to London and abroad.

Being charitable is close to this community group's heart and already considerable funds have been raised for local and national organisations.

Membership is just £10 per year and offers a unique opportunity for women to meet and socialise, whether regulars on the scene or completely non-scene, in a variety of friendly and welcoming settings and feel part of the lesbian community.
