If you are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgendered and have mental health concerns, MindOut offers support services to you. You can request a one-to-one confidential meeting with a lesbian or gay worker to talk through your needs with you.
The MindOut website provides more details of the organisation, with leaftlet downloads, contact details including a local Brighton phone number and the results of research projects that they have carried out such as the 'Count Me In' survey that REALBrighton helped to promote in 2007.
